General Conference is this Saturday, April 5, and Sunday, April 6.

Meetings are held both days from 10:00 am to noon and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm MDT. A priesthood meeting is also held on Saturday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

The First Presidency invites the world to participate in messages of inspiration and guidance.

Here are 8 ways that you can participate in LDS General Conference:

#1: In Person

  • Attend the live event in the Conference Center in Salt Lake City. See ticket information.
  • Attend the live satellite or Internet broadcast in your meetinghouse. For broadcast times and options, see the satellite broadcast details. To find a meetinghouse anywhere in the world, visit

There is power in the Spirit you can feel by attending the live event. If possible, I encourage you to arrange your schedules so you can attend live.  The Savior promised that “where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20). What could be more important on Saturday and Sunday than listening to Prophets and Apostles of God giving us advice on how to live in an increasingly evil and confusing world?
