Highland Rugby coach, Larry Gelwix, shares how he influenced the lives of thousands of teenage boys through coaching Rugby. Larry started the Highland Rugby team in 1975. Since then he has had 379 wins and only nine losses, and won 18 national championships. His wife, Cathy, joins him. Together they tell us what they did to coach the players, on and off the field. He has just one rule for his team “Don’t do anything that would embarrass you, your family, or this team.” He encourages his Rugby players to do their best in school, in sports, in their family, in their religion, and in life.
