Sports and youth development in Berbice took a giant step forward last Friday when the Rose Hall Town Youth and Sports Club, in association with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, handed over $1.5 million worth of sports gear and equipment. The equipment will be used to promote sports as an avenue to keep youths off the road and away from drugs and crime.
