Because genealogy has become more technologically advanced, FamilySearch.org has created a new section on its website called FamilySearch TechTips. FamilySearch.org/techtips is a community effort that is a cross between a blog and an online technology magazine. It is designed like an online technology magazine with step-by-step guides to help you find answers to your technological questions.

Anyone can contribute articles and share personal experiences. TechTips offers instructions on how to store photographs, share files, and scan images, and explanations about the mobile applications available to family historians.
