President Obama urged reluctant lawmakers Saturday to quickly approve nearly $50 billion dollars in debt to add to the $800 billion that failed to create any jobs.
Rahm Emanuel explained that the president wants to both cut and spend. That's double-speak for cut a dollar and spend five more. That way, he can claim that he calls for fiscal discipline, while he spends like a drunken sailor.
