On Saturday, August 7, 2010, members of the Arizona City Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints completed a community service project. They cleaned up the vacant lots and easement routes around Toltec Elementary School. The purpose of the project was to establish an atmosphere of cleanliness and neatness for the students and to perform a community service that would be uplifting to the neighborhood.
