Recently I've been under a lot of continuous stress- with no apparent "light at the end of the tunnel". I've really been struggling to manage my stress, so I looked up this article I previously wrote, "Stress from an LDS Perspective," to remind myself of the different ways for managing stress.

The article has some great ideas, especially to prioritize and simplify- which I've been working on. I know that eating a healthy diet and having regular exercise are important in keeping stress down, and I've been doing better in both of those regards, but what are some other tips and tricks for lowering stress?
