In the campaign, Obama promised to give a tax break to 95% of Americans. He said if you make under $250,000, you would not see your tax increase by a single dime, not your income taxes, not your payroll taxes, not your capital gains taxes, nothing.

Now he's saying that he hopes middle-income Americans won't have to pay for more than 1/3 of the cost of his new, "improved" healthcare. (That's probably going to be $1 trillion over 10 years.)
