We’ve made a few improvements on Believe All Things in order to improve accessibility to the information on the blog. One of these enhancements is the addition of a Site Map in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. It lists all the material on the blog. So if you can’t find a post or page via the custom search engine, the Tags, or category listings, try the site map.

Under_Construction In addition, we added subcategories to better classify each post. As we add additional material to the site, subcategories should make it easier to find information to topics of interest.

Another enhancement we made is the addition of the reCaptcha plugin which should limit the amount of spam comments. Although this means you’ll have to enter a captcha to leave a comment on the site, it should greatly diminish spam.

A couple other features added over the weekend include the Global Translator and Suggestions? plugins. Global Translator uses Google’s Translation Services engine and will enable international users to read the information on the site in 41 languages other than English. The Suggestions? plugin comes from Skribit and provides a method for suggesting topics for discussion. We greatly appreciate the comments received on the site, but there is always room for improvement.

Over the course of the next few weeks we plan to make additional changes that we hope will improve the site’s functionality. Some of these enhancements include a taxonomy cloud and a widget that will show post “series”.

So if you happen to see changes on the site that are there one day and gone the next, please don’t be surprised. More than likely, we’re just testing these additional enhancements.

If you have suggestions or enhancements you’d like to see added, or topics you want discussed, please leave us a comment below or enter a “suggestion” in the sidebar.

Thanks. We appreciate your continued interest in Believe All Things.
