Episode 09: Interview with Frank Magleby—Landscape Painter and Muralist—Author Glen Leonard interviews Frank Magleby, who was the muralist artist for the Nauvoo Temple. Frank began to recognize his natural talent for creating visual things in elementary school when his teachers let him paint the walls and build his own furniture. Through an airline contest in college, he won a trip to New York and received exposure to the professional art world. It was there he decided art would be his profession. Now 82 years old, he continues to use his creative mind to paint inspired pieces.
