There's a new Mormon Messages video quoting President Henry B. Eyring's talk, "O Remember, Remember." President Eyring speaks about recognizing the hand of God in our lives by journaling what we see. He says:

"You might pray and ponder, asking the questions: Did God send a message that was just for me? Did I see His hand in my life...?" (Ensign, Nov 2007, 69).
