August 6th marks the controversial
day in 1945 where America became the only power to use a nuclear bomb. From
1945 to 2005 American approval of the bombings has dropped from 85
to 57 percent. Critics of Hiroshima have long
debated whether dropping the bomb was moral yet every realistic alternative would
have killed far more people.
