Elder Quentin L. Cook of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles made an unannounced ministering visit on Wednesday evening to members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and others in the affected communities near Manila, Philippines, who are taking refuge at local Church meetings houses following the recent Taal Volcano eruption.
