The movie Christmas Eve opens in theaters and on demand next Friday, December 4. The comedy has an all-star ensemble of stars, including Patrick Stewart, Jon Heder, James Roday, Cheryl Hines, and others.

I had a chance to screen the movie, and found it to be an interesting story about six different groups of New Yorkers who each get stuck inside elevators on Christmas Eve. Laughter, romance, and a little holiday magic gets them through—and changes their lives in unexpected ways. Each predicament forces the characters to reconsider the way they think about others and to think outside themselves.
