The LDS.org calendar shows events and activities posted for Church-wide, stake, and ward functions. To access the Calendar, log in to LDS.org with your LDS account. Under Sign In/Tools in the top right corner select Calendar. The default display shows calendars overlaid with color-coded Events that correspond to the source calendar. You can personalize what you see through show and hide options from the left panel. Depending upon your Church calling, you may also have permissions to add, delete, and change Events for specific calendars. When creating an Event, select email alerts to generate reminders to keep members abreast of planned activities.

Administrators may create additional calendars for specific organizations and audiences, then delegate permissions to add, update, and manage. Calendar functionality will not permit double-booking at the same location during the same time period. Restrictions exclude all but a designated unit or function on specific days during specific times for a particular location.

To learn more about calendar options and the role-based processes, see the Calendar Help at https://www.lds.org/help/support/applications/calendar?lang=eng. You can also access Help by clicking the “?” located in the upper right corner of the calendar main page. Help has detailed information about navigating the calendar as well as setting up and personalizing the calendar. Help also contains information specifically related to using the calendar in your calling through examples and step-by-step instructions.
