Our sixth daughter was just born.  The labor pains came and went over the last two weeks, so we were in and out of the hospital more than once.There is something to be said for the great events in life that you know are coming but don’t know when.  Birth, death, falling in love.

Ignorance means its out of your control.  Being out of your control means that you can’t avoid acknowledging the presence of something outside yourself.   Something outside yourself is what makes love possible.

A little baby, who came at the time of God’s choosing, is a gift of love.
