“Maybe [it's time to] place time limits on our information consumption’. Maybe we should be more selective about who we follow on Twitter, and who we make our friends on Facebook. Maybe we delete unnecessary apps. Maybe we eliminate the phone when were at dinner with our family or on a date with our spouse…its time to put tech back in its place.”
