On Tuesday, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir launched their YouTube channel at youtube.com/MormonTabChoir. Now, the Choir’s music is available to fans throughout the world anytime, anywhere, for free.

At the launch event, they debuted the music video of Alex Boyé singing the spiritual “I Want Jesus to Walk With Me” with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. His portion of the video was filmed on-site in Ghana at the Cape Coast Castle, which was used historically in the trans-Atlantic slave trade. Currently, there are 30 music videos on the YouTube channel with more to come in the future.

Interesting side note: the beads that Alex is wearing were made specifically for the music video by my friend Cody Craynor. Check out his beads on his blog.

If you like this music video, click the YouTube logo in the bottom right of the video so you can go to YouTube and click Like. Then you can also leave a comment. These actions will make it more popular on YouTube so it will be more likely to be seen by others.
