LDSTech has several new features for community projects. Project managers can now send e-mail messages to their entire teams with one click. Additionally, you can select the e-mail address used in your LDSTech profile as long as it exists in your LDS Account.

Send E-mails to Your Entire Team

To send an e-mail to your entire team:

  1. Sign in to your LDSAccount through the login in the sidebar.
  2. Click Projects on the top navigation.
  3. On the second-level navigation, click Manager.
  4. Click your project name.
  5. In the upper-right area, click Team Members.
  6. Click Email Whole Team.

E-mail your whole team with one click

Your default mail program will launch with all team member e-mails populated in the To field.

Change Your E-mail Address

On LDS Account, you can list several e-mail addresses in your profile: a primary e-mail address, alternate e-mail address, and a ward directory e-mail. Previously, LDSTech automatically selected your primary e-mail from this list. Now you can choose which e-mail you want selected for your LDSTech profile.

To select your e-mail address on LDSTech:

  1. Sign in to your LDS Account through the login in the sidebar.
  2. Click Projects on the top navigation.
  3. On the second-level navigation, click Profile.
  4. In the Email Address drop-down box, select the e-mail address you want to use, and then click Save.
