The Church issued a statement on same-sex marriage today. If you have been following this issue in the Utah news, you know the issue is in legal flux there.
This statement underscores the Proclamation on the Family,which is usual for the Church. It also includes a caution that proponents, as well as opponents, should be treated with civility. Nothing new here.
