We recently blogged about the upgrades to the LDS.org Calendar. Seriously, if you’re not using it yet, you should be. You can see all the ward activities, and if you have any calling, you can use it to schedule your organization’s activities. You can choose multiple calendars, so you can see just the activities for your organization or activities and meetings for the whole ward.

Now is the time to learn about the calendar, since planning for 2012 ward and stake calendars is in full swing now. You may be interested in one of these training webinars that will answer any questions you have about using the calendar, especially with the recent release of the 2.0 version of the calendar:

  • Thursday, November 10: webinar for administrators and building schedulers
  • Thursday, November 17: webinar for members and calendar editors

The webinars will be repeated three times each day to accommodate different time zones. The webinars will also be recorded for later viewing. For more information, see Upcoming Calendar Training Webinars.

These are introductory webinars. If you have specific problems to troubleshoot or other advanced needs, please refer to the LDSTech Forum.
