Leadership Training Library
This new and helpful update on resources available to LDS (Mormon) leaders and Church members, was prepared by Fernando Camilo.
For those visiting the site who are friends of other faiths, we invite you to learn more about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, or to receive a Free Bible or Book of Mormon, to assist you in your spiritual growth and journey.
A new set of leadership training videos is now available through the Leadership Training Library, launched last week on LDS.org. The training library includes videos that illustrate principles shown in Handbook 2: Administering the Church. Various Church leadership responsibilities are highlighted in the library, including bishopric, Relief Society, Primary and Sunday School. Each video is directly linked to a principle taught in Handbook 2, and links to excerpts of the handbook are displayed when that principle is selected. All videos can be downloaded for offline viewing. The library is currently available in English, but early in 2012, portions of the library will be available in Cantonese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.

Fires of Faith
BYUtv is celebrating the 400th anniversary of the King James Translation of the Bible by presenting Fires of Faith: William Tyndale and the King James Bible, a three-part docudrama produced by filmmaker Lee Groberg. The program will premiere on BYUtv this Sunday, October 16th at 6pm MT. Earlier this year, the Church produced a short video based on Elder D. Todd Christofferson’s talk titled “The Blessing of Scripture”, which also discussed the story of the King James Bible.
