I'm going to make this short and sweet...  Online text is now available for Daughters in My Kingdom:  The History and Work of Relief Society on LDS.org HERE.  I know how important this is, as many LDS women have still not received a personal copy, for different reasons.  And, I know how many of you are anxious to read it -- and now you can, online!  It gets better.  The text will be searchable come September 24th, making Daughters in My Kingdom more study friendly.

Also just added is an excellent FAQs section, that answers many of the who, what and why questions about the Relief Society history, that I believe you will find very interesting.

For instance, did you know this:

"Our presidency has prayed, fasted, pondered, and counseled with prophets, seers, and revelators, to learn what God would have us do to help His daughters be strong in the face of 'thecalamity which should come upon the inhabitants of the earth.'  An answer has come that the sisters of the Church should know and learn from the history of Relief Society.  Understanding the history of Relief Society strengthens the foundational identity and worth of faithful women" (Julie B. Beck, "'Daughters in My Kingdom': The Hisotry and Work of Relief Society," Liahona, Nov. 2010, 114).

Also of note, is that you can order Daughters in My Kingdom at the LDS Online Store.

Please share this with other Mormon women, who you know are just as anxious as you, to read it!
